Want to feel fitter, healthier, happier but don't know where to start? Miss Fit Boost is a fantastic way to kick start your wellbeing transformation and an opportunity to receive expert coaching on the areas that matter most to you.

Over a cuppa either face to face or on Skype, we'll enjoy a friendly and focused meet up and talk through your current lifestyle, which issues are currently holding you back and what you feel most stuck on. 

I'll then send you an easy to follow personalised strategy for putting your goals into action, helping you to transform your diet, health, fitness, confidence, sleep and stress - the result being a lifestyle that feels healthier and a body you love!

60 MIN COACHING SESSION - a chance to have a friendly meet up either face to face or on Skype, ask questions and receive expert coaching on the areas you need most help with.*

* In person sessions available in Brighton and surrounding areas, please ask for available appointment times.

60 MIN FOLLOW UP (my time) - Once we have spoken, I'll create an action plan which I'll email to you. This will be a clear personalised strategy to help you achieve your goals including what types of exercise you can do, how to eat healthily for your lifestyle and how to specifically improve your general wellbeing.

'FIT, FOOD, BE' GOALS - We will look at your current activity levels, nutrition, stress, relaxation, sleep, hormone health and general lifestyle, identifying areas for change and setting specific goals.

HEALTHY EATING GUIDE - You will receive a handy healthy eating guide to refer to, making it really easy to eat healthily and understand how to keep the good work going.

HEALTHY INGREDIENTS - A list of carbohydrates, proteins, veggies, fruit and cupboard items - everything you need to make meal prepping a doddle.

MENUS - A tasty and nutritious selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes for you to prepare from home.

FOLLOW UP SUPPORT - I want you to succeed! So to help you stay accountable and feeling supported, I'll whizz you over a follow up email one month on and see how you're getting along.
